I believe that healing and the power to change our own lives really does lie within each of us. My aim is to help you discover this for yourself and begin to live the life of your dreams.

If you feel physically, mentally or emotionally stuck in some way in your life then I'd like to help you begin to change this.

Energy healing and reflexology can help to release blockages on many levels and achieve a greater sense of well-being and balance.

Perhaps you feel that you're existing rather than living. You may have identified that the job you're doing or the relationship you're in simply isn't working anymore and is no longer satisfying but don't know how to make the changes you want because they feel too scary or unreachable. Or maybe you don't really know what's "wrong", you can't quite put your finger on it but you have a gnawing feeling of unease and discontent. Your usual way of doing things is no longer working.

I aim to use my skills -which include holistic life coaching - to help you on a path of self exploration, to discover your own inner guidance system to give you new insights, clarity, direction and purpose and get to know your true self. To learn how to access inner strength and peace so you handle life with greater ease. I work with you as an individual to give you support and guidance and put you in control of your own life.

All you need to connect with me is a 'phone or computer and sessions can be carried out in the privacy and comfort of your own home, no matter where in the world you live. If you live in the Bournemouth area then we can have in person sessions. These could be in a lovely, tranquil therapy room by the sea or I may be able to visit you at home.
